影响二次吸脂效果的相关因素分析

目的]分析影响吸脂的出血因素,探讨适合二次吸脂的时间及手术方法。方法]随机选择门诊初次及二次吸脂的患者50例,对超量灌注麻醉负压吸脂和体内超声吸脂、不同时间段二次吸脂的出血量进行比较。结果]初次吸脂超量灌注麻醉负压吸脂和体内超声吸脂的出血量没有显著差异;初次吸脂术后6个月体内超声吸脂以及术后12个月机械负压吸脂的出血量明显下降,并且体内超声吸脂明显优于单纯负压吸脂。结论]初次吸脂合理采用超量灌注麻醉技术及负压吸脂技术可以达到良好的术后效果,出血量及并发症少。对于二次吸脂的患者应该在术后6个月采用体内超声技术或者术后12个月采用负压吸引技术。

Related factors analysis on the effect of second liposuction

Objective] To study the factors influencing blood loss and suitable time or method for second time liposuc-tion. Methods] The blood loss, different method of internal ultrasonic and simple negtive liposuction and operative time were collected and compared in 50 cases. Results] There were no significant differences in blood loss between internal ultrasonic and simple negtive liposuction in the first operation. The blood loss of internal ultrasonic half year after operation and of simple negtive liposuction one year after operation was decreased. Internal ultrasonic was much better than in-strumetation in the second time liposuction. Conclusion] Instrumetation could be used in the first time liposuction, but internal ultrasonic should be the best choose for the second time liposuction, which should be done half year after operation.
