| 摘 要： | 39 patients with intractable epilepsy receiving surgical treatment were analyzed retrospectively from 1996 to 1999.1 Subject and method 1.1 Subject 39 patients with intractable epilepsy,23 male,16 female,aged 8～56 years ,averagely 25 years old.The diease course lasted 3～30 years,averagely 10 years.14 cases with partial seizures ,25 with generalized seizures.All patients recepted routine EEG,24h EEG,Video-EEG monitoring and head MRI scanning.in addition 10 patients received ECT scanning.
