| 摘 要： | 利用卫生部和教育部2002年全国医学院校基本情况报表数据，选取了教育部普通高等院校基本办学条件中的13个指标为标准，对西部19所高等医学院校的办学条件进行了分析扣评价，无1所院校全部达到合格标准，最高合格指标敷为7个。按照教育部限制招生的5项基本办学条件指标衡量，19所院校中仅有15．79％的院校可以继续招生，42．11％为限制招生（黄牌）学校，另外42．11％为暂停招生（红牌）学校。

| Abstract: | In terms of data from Health Ministry and Education Ministry(2002 General Report Statistics of National Medical Colleges),and the 13 valuation criteria of Education Ministry,the present state of 19 medical colleges and universities in Western China has been analyzed and evaluated.None of the 19 reach the required level;the top qualified index is 7,only two colleges(10.53 % of the 19) obtained the level.If measured to the 5 indexes of the basic conditions stipulated by the Education Ministry for the limited enrollment,only 15.79 % of the 19 could enroll new students and 42.11 % would be limited ones.And another 42.11 % would be non-enrollment. |
