手外伤中自伤行为的临床分析与应对方式

目的 探讨手外伤中有自伤行为患者的发病特点及应对方式.方法 对2008年5月-2013年8月收治的222例自伤患者,按照不同的分类方式给予统计,其中2008年5月-2010年12月为一组,2011年1月-2013年8月为另一组.结果 通过分类比较分析,发现自伤行为在20岁以下青少年、婚恋情感不顺及家庭矛盾、文化程度较低的人群里有病例逐渐增多、严重程度逐渐增大的趋势.结论 青少年中自伤行为无论是病例的数量,及严重程度都有增多的趋势,临床手外科医生根据其一般特点及发病趋势,积极采取应对措施,降低发病率和致残率.

Clinical analysis and coping styles of self-injury behavior in hand injury

Objective To explore the clinical characteristic and coping styles in patient of hand injury with self-injury behavior.Methods According to different classification,we analysed 222 patients with selfinjury from May 2008 to August 2013 in our hospital,the patients from May 2008 to December 2010 as a group,the patients from January 2011 to August 2013 as another group.Results By comparative analysis,we find the number and severity of self-injury are gradually increasing in adolescence under 20 years old and the crowd who have marriage setbacks,family conflicts or lower educational level.Conclusion No mater the number or severity,the self-injury behavior in adolescence has an increasing trend,the clinical doctors should take active measures to reduce the incidence and disability.
