| 摘 要： | 目的探讨微柱凝胶技术（MCCT）在新生儿溶血病（HDN）中的诊断效果。方法采用MCCT对105例HDN患儿进行检测试验：直接抗球蛋白试验；游离IgG抗体试验；放散试验。同时用传统的试管法抗球蛋白试验（TCT）作比较。结果统计学上两种方法对HDN检出率无显著性差别，但MGCT能检出TCT所不能检出的阴性血样，比TCT检测凝集强度高1＋ ～2＋。结论MGCT能快速准确检测出HDN，具有更高的灵敏度，操作简便，结果可保存。

| Abstract: | Objective To discuss the results of micro column gel coombs(MGCT) in diagnosis of hemolytic disease of newborn (HDN). Methods 105 patients with HDN were tested by MGCT, including direct anti-human globulin test with MGCT, free IgG antibody test and eluting test. The results were compared with traditional TCT anti human IgG test. Results There no significant differences were observed in the rates of detection of HDN between the two methods. Negative samples could be detected by MGCT that could not be detected by TCT. Conclusion MGCT is sensitive, simple and accurate in detection of HDN. |
