氧化亚氮并用米索前列醇镇痛在人工流产术中的应用

目的　探讨氧化亚氮与米索前列醇并用镇痛在人工流产术中的临床应用价值。方法　将 4 4 0例未产早孕妇女 ,随机分为笑气组、米索组、联合组、对照组 ,观察各组术中镇痛效果、宫颈扩张程度、手术时间、术中及术后出血量、人工流产不良反应发生率。结果　联合组及笑气组镇痛效果显著 ,联合组效果最佳 ,四组间两两比较差异显著 (P <0 0 5 )。联合组无痛人工流产率及 6号宫颈扩张器通过率最高 ,手术时间最短 ,与其他各组比差别均有显著性 (P <0 0 5 ) ,人工流产不良反应发生率最低。结论　氧化亚氮用于人工流产有较好的镇痛作用 ,加用米索前列醇镇痛效果更为理想

Application of inhaling nitrous oxide and oral Misoprostol for the analgesia in artificial abortion

Objective To investigate the analgesic effect of the combination of inhaling nitrous oxide and oral misoprostol in artificial abortion.Methods A total of 440 early pregnancy women were randomly divided into four groups( nitrous oxide group,misoprostol group,combined group and control group).The analgesic effect during operation,degree of cervical dilation,the operation time,intra-operation and post-operaton blood loss and the incidence of artificial abortion syndrome were observed.Results There were significant differences in analgesic effect between any two-wise groups( P< 0 05).The effects of combined group and nitrous oxide group were the most significant among the 4 groups,with the combined group giving the best outcome In the combined group,the success rate of analgesic artificial abortion and of suction dilator No 6 going through cervix were the highest( P< 0 05).And the operation time was the shortest( P< 0 05).And the incidence of artificial abortion syndrome is the lowest.Conclusions The analgesic effect of nitrous oxide in artificial abortion is very good,and combining with misoprostol will give better effect.
