| 摘 要： | 目的分析2009—2012年监测结果，了解宝山区女性商业性性服务者的艾滋病知识、信念、行为特征。方法采用统一的自编问卷，对宝山区中档和低档的女性商业性性服务者进行连续动态监测，调查血清学和艾滋病相关知识、行为，采用SPSS16．0进行统计分析。结果监测对象共1603人，平均年龄（31．05±7．49）岁。监测年份、在本地工作时间、前一个工作地点、文化程度、艾滋病干预服务、最近一次商业性性行为安全套使用情况、从外表识别感染者、蚊虫叮咬会传播、同桌吃饭会传播等，是影响血清学检查的因素。结论上海市宝山区影响监测人群血清学指标的因素较多，需要加强工作。

| Abstract: | Objective To describe knowledge, belief and behavioral characteristics of commercial sex workers in Baoshan district by analyzing the monitoring results from 2009 to 2012. Methods The mid-grade and low-grade commercial sex workers were dynamically monitored by investigating serology and AIDS-related knowledge and behavior using the unified selfquestionnaire and the data were analyzed using SPSS16.0. Results The mean age of 1603 subjects was （31.05±7.49） years old. The monitoring year, local working hours, former place of work, education level, AIDS intervention services, condom use in the last commercial sex, external identification of infection, transmitted by mosquito bite, and transmitted by eating at the same table were influence factors of serological examination. Conclusions There are many factors influencing serological monitoring among commercial sex workers in Baoshan District of Shanghai. |
