浙江省江山市献血者艾滋病自愿咨询检测情况

目的了解江山市献血者艾滋病自愿咨询检测（VCT）情况，降低输血感染艾滋病病毒（HIV）的风险，确保输血安全。方法通过采供血机构专业的健康征询技巧，将发现的高危献血者转介到VCT门诊，并对174例求询者情况进行统计分析。结果174例求询者中，男性占70．7％，23-40岁占67．8％，已婚占73．0％，高中以下占64．0％，无固定职业占86.2％，来自个人献血的占83．9％。有多个性伴侣者占85．1％，其余为有偿献血史者、职业暴露史者和外来婚嫁女。接受HIV抗体检测者97例，其中1例HIV抗体确认阳性。结论献血前征询体检与VCT门诊有机地结合，能使高危献血者得到情感和心理上的支持，主动退出献血，这不仅是预防艾滋病的需要，也能降低输血感染HIV的风险，保证血液安全。

HIV/AIDS voluntary counseling and testing in blood donors in Jiangshan city,Zhejiang Province

Objective To investigate the situation of HIV/AIDS voluntary counseling and testing （VCT） in blood donors, reduce the risk of HIV infection through blood transfusion and ensure the transfusion safety. Methods Through professional health consulting in blood collection agencies, high-risk donors were found and referred to VCT clinic. Data of people seeking consultation were statistically analyzed. Results Of the 174 cases seeking consultation, male, people of 23-40 years old, the married, below high school, with no fixed occupation and individual donors accounted for 70.7%, 67.8%, 73.0%, 64.0%, 86.2% and 83.9%, respectively. The donors with multiple sexual partners accounted for 85.1 %. The rest was those who had history of paid blood donors or occupation exposure and those who were foreign married women. In 97 cases underwent HIV antibody detection, there was 1 case with HIV antibody confirmed positive. Conclusion Under the combination of heath consultation and examination and VCT clinic before blood donation, high-risk donors could get emotional and psychological support, and withdraw actively from blood donation. This way can reduce the risk of HIV infection through blood transfusion and ensure transfusion safety.
