| 摘 要： | 目的:观察舒适护理在大肠癌术后化疗患者中的应用效果。方法:将116例患者随机分为两组,对照组(n=58)采用常规护理方法,观察组(n=58)予以化疗全程的舒适护理干预。结果:干预后卡氏评分和副反应比较,观察组明显优于对照组(P0.05)。结论:舒适护理可以提高患者的生活质量,最大程度上满足患者的心理、生理需求。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the clinical observation of comfort care used in colorectal cancer patients with postoperative chemotherapy.Methods：116 patients were randomly divided into two groups.Conventional nursing methods were used for control group（n = 58）,comfort care were used for observation group（n= 58） in whole period of chemotherapy.Results：After the nursing intervention,observation group was significantly better than control group in KPS and chemotherapy side reaction（P0.05）.Conclusion：Comfort care can improve the life quality of patients,and met the physiological and psychological needs in great degrees. |
