310例未通过听力筛查新生儿听力诊断

目的]探讨未通过听力筛查新生儿听力诊断方法。方法]用短音诱发脑干听觉诱发电位（click-auditorybrainstem responses,click-ABR）和多频稳态听觉诱发电位（auditory steady-state responses,ASSR）及鼓室声导抗技术对听力筛查未通过新生儿进行听力学评估,均在出生6个月内明确诊断,并进行听力学跟踪随访至1～2岁。结果]310例听力筛查未通过者于出生6个月内诊断为听力正常者260例,占未通过听力筛查的83.9%;click-ABR听力评估结果异常43例,占未通过听力筛查的13.9%;click-ABR听力评估结果正常,ASSR检测异常者7例,占未通过听力筛查的2.3%;鼓室声导抗测试异常10例,占未通过听力筛查的3.2%。结论]对未通过听力筛查新生儿需进行click-ABR和ASSR及鼓室声导抗检测及动态随诊观察,从而给出准确的诊断。

Hearing diagnosis for 310 newborns and infants who failed hearing screening
