大肠癌肝转移手术治疗及探讨

目的：探讨大肠癌肝转移手术治疗效果及适应症。方法：对23例大肠癌肝转移施行手术切除，对手术适应症、手术效果及这一课题的一些进展进行讨论。结果：全组病人术后并发症17．4％，死亡率4．3％，术后复发65．2％，再手术占33．3％，术后1，3，5年生存率分别为69．6％、34．8％和21．7％。结论：只要严格掌握手术适应症，对大肠癌肝转移病人及时手术能有效提高生存率。

Surgical treatment and discussion for hepatic metastases from large bowel carcinoma

Objective To observe the effect and indication of surgical resection for hepatic metastases from large bowel carcinoma.Method Twenty-three cases of hepatic metastases from large bowel carcinoma were received surgical resection.To discussion the operation indications,effect and some advance on this topic.Results In this group,the after-operation complication rate waw 17.4%,the death rate was 4.3%,the recurrence rate was 65.2%,the re-operation rate was 33.3%,the 1-year,3-year and 5-year survival rate were 69.6%,34.8% and 21.7% respectively.Conclusion Only if master the surgical indication strictly and operate in time can the survival rate of hepatic metastases from large bowel carcinoma be elevated distinctly.
