| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨头孢唑林对人体椎间盘的渗透性,为椎间盘炎的抗生素治疗提供理论依据。方法:10例腰椎间盘突出的病人,分别给予头孢唑林2g静脉滴注,给药完毕40～60min,用经皮椎间盘术取出髓核,同时抽取静脉血送检,用高效液相色谱系统测定标本的抗生素浓度。结果:头孢唑林在髓核内可达到有效抑菌浓度。结论:头孢唑林可用于治疗椎间盘炎及术前的椎间盘炎的预防。

| Abstract: | Objective To assess the permeability of cephazolin into the intervertebral disc and its roles in preventing discitis in human body. Methods Ten patiens with lumbar disc protrusion were intravenously administrated by cephazolin 2 g.
