络合碘消毒液部分性能的试验观察

摘    要:络合碘消毒液是由碘与非离子表面活性剂络合而成的碘伏类消毒剂,采用定量杀菌试验和动物试验方法对其杀菌效果和毒性进行了试验观察。结果,以含有效碘260mg/L的络合碘消毒液对悬液内金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓假单胞菌作用1.5min,杀灭率为100%;对白色念珠菌杀灭率为99.99%。以络合碘消毒液原液对30名志愿者手及臂部皮肤进行擦拭消毒,对自然菌消除率达96%以上。能量试验的最低合格浓度为有效碘260mg/L。该消毒液对小鼠急性经口LD50>10000mg/kgbw,属于实际无毒;对皮肤无刺激性;无致微核作用。结论,该络合碘消毒液对细菌繁殖体和真菌杀菌效果较好,毒性低、无刺激性,性能稳定。

Abstract:Quantitative germicidal test and animal experiment were used to observe experimentally the germicidal efficacy and toxicity of iodine complex disinfection solution. Results: The iodine complex disinfection solution containing available iodine 260 mg/L with a 1.5 min contact time killed 100% of Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Pseudomonas aeruginosa in suspension and 99.99% of Candida albicans. Wiping disinfection of skin of hands and arms with the stock solution of iodine complex disinfection solution in 30 volunteers removed over 96% of the natural bacteria. The minimal up-to-standard concentration in capacity test was available iodine 260 mg/L. The mouse acute oral LD_ 50 of the disinfection solution was >10 000 mg/L bw. So it belonged to practically non-toxic substance. It was non-irritating to skin and did not induce micronucleus formation. Conclusion: This iodine complex disinfection solution has good efficacy in killing vegetative forms of bacteria and fungi and low toxicity, and is non-irritating and stable.
