| 摘 要： | 目的 研究ｃ－ｍｅｔ基因蛋白和细胞凋亡在胃黏膜病变演进的表达及关系，探讨ｃ－ｍｅｔ表达对胃癌（ＧＣ）预后的意义。方法 １４５例经病理证实不同胃黏膜病变，采用免疫组织化学法检测ｃ－ｍｅｔ基因表达，采用原位末端标记法（ＴＵＮＥＬ）检测细胞凋亡，用Ｌｏｎｇ－ｒａｎｋ法检测胃癌生存率。结果 在浅表性胃炎（ＣＳＧ）、萎缩肠化生胃炎（ＣＡＧ＋ＩＭ）、异型增生（ＤＹＳ）、早期ＧＣ和进展期ＧＣ中，ｃ－ｍｅｔ基因表 |
