大鼠断尾取血固定装置的设计及取血的方法

目的为大鼠断尾取血提供实用的固定装置及方法：方法用饮料瓶、木版等制作简易实用的固定装置；对鼠尾进行恰当的处理，如：采血前先剪断鼠尾、使鼠尾处于最低位、采用40℃左右的水浴等。结果大鼠得到了良好的固定；采血快捷便利。结论固定装置经济、实用，制作简单；对鼠尾的有效处理，即可保证采到足量的血，又可减少对鼠的伤害、刺激，减少鼠的应急反应，使实验结果准确可靠。

Devices and Skills Used in Blood Collection by Cutting Rats'' tails

Objective To provide practical devices and skills for blood collection by cutting rats' tails.Methods Using plastic bottles and wooden boards to make simple devices for holding rats and using some moderate ways to treat rats for blood collection.Results The rat could be hold well in the bottle;the blood could be collected smoothly and quickly with the help of these devices and skills.Conclusion These devices are economical,practical and easy to be made.Methods introduced in this paper not only can help us collect rats' blood easily but also can prevent some harmful stimulations from rats,which ensured a reliable results.
