外科危重病人静脉置管引发真菌感染10例临床分析

目的探讨外科危重病人系统真菌感染与静脉置管、抗生素应用等因素的关系.方法对10例病人临床研究及静脉导管周围分泌物真菌培养.结果5例白色念珠菌属,2例隐球菌属,1例曲霉菌属,2例未能确定菌属类别.经过治疗7例康复,3例死亡.结论静脉置管、抗生素应用等因素容易引起外科危重病人系统真菌感染,有比较高的死亡率.

Clinical analysis of 10 cases of venous catheter related systemic fungal infections in critical surgical patients

Objective: Discussion of the relatioship between systemic fungla infection, (central) venous catheter placement, antibiotic use and other factors using clinial analysis of 10 critical surgical cases. Results: Fungal culture of secretion collected around venous catheter of the 10 cases, 5 case positive for candida, 2 cases positive for cryptococci, 1 case positive for aspergilli, and 2 with unidentifiable fungi. With treatment, 7 patients out of those 10 recovered while 3 patients died. Conclusion: (Central) venous catheter placement and antibiotic use are risk factors for systemic fungal infection, which has a high mortality rate in critical surgical patients.
