| 摘 要： | 目的建立苯甲曲秦片剂的含量、溶出度反相HPLC测定方法。方法Capcell-pakC18色谱柱,甲醇/1-庚烷磺酸钠缓冲液为流动相,检测波长为256nm,流速1.0ml/min,以水杨酰胺作为内标计算含量。Capcell-pakC18色谱柱,乙晴/0.025mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液缓冲液为流动相,检测波长为210nm,流速1.0ml/min,外标法计算溶出度。结果含量试验线性范围为:9.375~150mg/100ml,r=0.9999,回收率为103.35%,RSD为0.61%。溶出度线性范围为:1.25~20mg/100ml,r=0.9999。结论该条件下反相HPLC测定苯甲曲秦片剂的含量、溶出度方法快速简便。

| Abstract: | Objective To establish a method for determination and dissolution of phendimetrazine tablets by RT-HPLC. Methods Using RT-HPLC with Capcell-pak C18 column,methanol/sodium 1-heptane sulfonate buffer,as the mobile phase.Detection wavelength was 256 nm. Results Calibration curves were linear in the range of 9.375-150 mg/100ml~ -1 for determination and 1.25-20 mg/100ml~ -1 for dissolution test(r=0.9999). Conclusion The method is simple, rapid and the results are accurate,reliable. |
