超声诊断胆总管结石阳性率及相关因素分析

目的:总结经腹超声诊断胆总管结石的阳性率,分析影响阳性率的相关因素,并提出进一步的改进措施,以提高超声诊断胆总管结石的准确率。方法:回顾性分析总结近7年来在我院进行过腹部超声检查并经手术、病理证实的328例胆总管结石住院病例资料,对漏诊、误诊病例进行原因分析,并就其提出进一步的改进措施。结果:328例胆总管结石病例中超声诊断阳性293例,假阳性19例,漏诊35例。结论:经腹超声诊断胆总管结石具有无创、快速、简便、安全、可靠等优点。熟练掌握检查手法和检查技巧、熟悉解剖关系、具有高度的责任心及科学的追踪意识、熟悉仪器性能、适时应用附加检查法是提高胆总管结石显示率的关键。

To Diagnose Choledocholith with Ultrasound and Analysis of Related Factors

Objective To summarize the positive rate of choledocho lith with abdomen ultrasound and analyse the related factors to effect Positive rate,so we can raise some further measures to improve the veracity of ultrasound diagnosis.Methods We analyse and summarize the medical records of 328 cases with choledocholith in lately seven years in our hospital,these cases are all examined with abdomen ultrasound and proved by operation and pathology.We also analyse the reasons leading to misdiagnosis,and base on these reasons to raise further measures.Results In all choledocholith cases,these are 293 positive cases and 19 false positive cases.There are 35 cases we cannot diagnose out.Conclusion Abdomen ultrasound is a inoffensive,rapid,handy,safe and reliable method in diagnosing choledocholith.These are important to diagnose this disease,such as skilled method,practised technique,be familiar with anatomic structure and instrument,high,scientific tracing consciousness and timely additional examine.
