颈动脉注射磷酸川芎嗪治疗脑梗死

目的:观察颈动脉注射磷酸川芎嗪注射液治疗脑梗死的临床疗效。方法:经过临床筛选,将年龄在45～65岁的240例脑梗死患者随机分为治疗组(120例)及对照组(120例),治疗组为一般治疗方法+颈动脉注射,对照组为单纯一般治疗方法+静脉滴注磷酸川芎嗪。分别检测实验组和对照组治疗前后的综合疗效、神经功能缺损积分、梗死面积等。结果:颈动脉注射治疗组对于脑梗死的患者120例总有效率94.2%(113/120)。对照组120例,总有效率85.8%(103/120)。结论:颈动脉注射磷酸川芎嗪注射液能降低神经功能缺损积分,明显缩小梗死面积;病程越短,疗效越好;安全性指标治疗前后差异无显著性。
