| 摘 要： | 目的评价周基杰剖宫产术子宫切口在再次剖宫产(RCS)中的应用价值。方法将100例RCS产妇分为两组,观察组采用周基杰剖宫产术子宫切口,对照组取原子宫切口附近横切口,比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后排气情况和手术开始至胎儿娩出时间、新生儿窒息率等。结果观察组手术时间、术中出血量、胎儿娩出时间均明显低于对照组,新生儿窒息发生率低,患者术后排气快,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 RCS采用周基杰剖宫产术子宫切口,因切口高不易引起子宫切口撕裂,手术时间短,术中出血量少,并发症少,患者术后恢复快,值得推广。
