| 摘 要： | 目的观察去甲斑蝥酸钠(SNCTD)联合肝动脉栓塞化疗(TACE)术治疗中晚期肝癌的临床疗效及不良反应。方法选取我院2006年1月至2009年2月收治的128例原发性肝癌患者,随机分为治疗组(SNCTD联合TACE)64例与对照组(单纯TACE)64例,观察两组近期疗效、前3年生存率、治疗前后生活质量卡氏评分(KPS)及不良反应。结果治疗组与对照组治疗前后近期总有效率分别为82.81%、56.25%,治疗组前3年生存率分别为78.13%、65.63%、34.38%。对照组前3年生存率分别为46.88%、32.81%、14.06%,外周血象、生活质量KPS评分值均比治疗前有不同程度的提高,两组间差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 SNCTD联合TACE术治疗中晚期肝癌能协同增效,对延长患者的生存时间,改善患者生活质量,降低粒细胞减少的发生方面有一定的临床价值。
