食物过敏的研究进展

摘    要:食物过敏是指由免疫系统对食物蛋白产生不良反应,其发病机制除了受传统的IgE介导体液免疫外,还与嗜酸粒细胞、T细胞等参与的细胞免疫反应相关。口服激发实验是目前食物过敏诊断的金标准,食物过敏预防的主要方法是回避过敏性食物,同时还要从饮食习惯、生活环境等多方面着手。研究发现口服诱导免疫耐受是治疗食物过敏的一种非常有效的方法。
