| 摘 要： | 目的:观察截敏颗粒治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效。方法:60例变应性鼻炎患者,随机平均分为2组。治疗组给予截敏颗粒,对照组给予氯雷他定片,疗程均为2周。用药结束后分别进行近期(停药后第1天)和远期(停药后第15天)疗效观察。结果:停药后第1天,治疗组总有效率为90%,对照组总有效率为93%,2组疗效差异无统计学意义。停药后第15天,治疗组症状改善总效率为83%,对照组总有效率为70%,疗效差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:截敏颗粒改善变应性鼻炎临床症状近期疗效与氯雷他定片接近,但在远期疗效上则优于氯雷他定片,能够延缓疾病复发,临床上值得推广应用。
