电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定冰硼散中硼、汞含量

摘    要:目的:建立了冰硼散中硼、汞的含量测定方法。方法:电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS),样品经微波消解,以铋(Bi)、铍(Be)为在线内标,调节仪器测定参数,确定仪器最佳工作条件;配制各元素系列标准溶液,将试剂空白、标准系列、样品溶液分别引入仪器同时测定;加样回收率试验验证方法的准确度。结果:汞在0~60μg·L-1线性关系良好,平均回收率99.7%;硼在0~80μg·L-1线性关系良好,平均回收率99.4%。结论:研究所建立的方法具有简便、快速、准确、灵敏度高的优点,可用于冰硼散的质量控制。
