摘    要:目的:探讨当乌分散片中的药材乌药的最佳提取工艺。方法:以乌药醚内酯质量分数为考察指标,选择提取方法、提取溶剂、提取次数,用单因素考察方法确定因素水平;再以乙醇体积分数、料液比、提取温度、提取时间为考察因素,以乌药醚内酯质量分数为指标,同时考虑收膏率,用正交试验方法对其最佳工艺进行优化。结果:最佳提取工艺:超声提取,90%乙醇,50℃的提取温度,提取2次,每次20 min,每次6倍量的提取溶剂。结论:采用超声提取法具有提取快速,有效成分提取率高等优点,此工艺合理可行。
