浅谈《基础护理学》实践教学

加强实践教学,培养学生的技术应用能力是高等职业教育的特征要求,也是体现高职教育办学特色,实现人才培养目标的中心环节,《基础护理学》实践教学在护生教育中占有重要地位。本文就《基础护理学》实践教学中存在的问题,从提高师资力量,改善实训室条件,合理安排练习时间,改进教学方法,改革操作考核方式等方面采取措施,以期适应临床工作需要,增强教学效果,确保教学质量。

Discussion on basic nmsing of praction seaching

To strengthen practical teaching and to develop students＇ ability of applied technology is not only an essential requirement of higher vocational education, but also reflect the characteristics of higher vocational education school and is the central link of personnel training objectives. Basic nursing practice teaching in nursing education plays an important role. In order to meet the clinical need to enhance teaching effectiveness and to ensure the quality of teaching, measures are discussed in this paper from the perspective of improving the teaching force, improving the training room conditions, appropriately scheduling practice time, improving the teaching methods, and reforming their ways of operating assessment.
