8例妊娠合并梅毒感染患者护理效果的观察

目的：探计妊娠合并梅毒患者的有效护理方甚，以提高护理质量。方法：对8例妊娠合并梅毒患者进行针对性护理，实施个体化的健康教育，加强护患沟通，取得相互信任并进行有效的心理护理，同时加强分娩期、产后及新生儿的积极有效的检测护理治疗。结果：消除了妊娠合并梅毒患者的心理障碍，积极配合治疗及护理，达到满意效果。同时促进了患者的身心康复。结论：对妊娠合并梅毒旱发现，旱治疗，有效防止疾病的传播，同时加强产前、产时、产后及新生儿的护理，以及严格的隔离防护措施，可以有效改善妊娠结局。

Obseration of nursing effect for pregnacy ntients with syphilis

Objective： To investigate patients with syphilis during pregnancy and effective methods of care, and improve nursing quality.. Methods： 8 pregnant women with syphilis in patients with specific care and health education by individual,strengthened nurse-patient communication.obtained trust each other and made effective psychological nursing.ai the same time strengthened effective monitoring and nursing therapy for delivery term,postpartum and neonates Results：Dispeled psychological barrier of women with syphilis in pregnancy,gained active eooperration from them on therapy and nursing, obtained satisfactory resulta,meanwhile,promoted the physucak abd psychological rehabilitation of patients.Conclusion： Current medical workers have an unshirkable duty to improve diagnostic rate of pregnancy with syphilis,effectively prevent disease spreading and provide top quality service on therapy and nursing for patients.
