阿奇霉素联合奥平栓治疗衣原体、支原体感染的疗效观察

目的：探讨阿奇霉素联合奥平栓治疗生殖道衣原体、支原体感染的临床疗效。方法：CT或，和UU检测阳性的100例患者随机分成两组。对照组50例：口服阿奇霉素0．5g，每天1次，首次加倍，多西环索100mg，每天2次，首次加倍；治疗组52例：在对照组治疗的基础上，同时每晚在阴道深部置入1粒奥平栓，7天为1疗程，观察两组疗效和不良反应。结果：治疗组有效率82．％高于对照组64．0％（x2=3．845，P〈0．05）；治疗组不良反应5例，对照组不良反应7例，两组不良反应无显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论：阿奇霉素联合奥平栓治疗生殖道CT、UU感染疗效显著。

Analysis of curative effect in chlamydia and mycoplasma by azithromycin with Austria suppository treatment

Objective To investigate the curative effect in chlamydia（CT） and mycoplasma（UU） by azithromycin with Austria suppository treatment.Methods 100 eases with CT and UU text positive were randomly divided into control group （50 patients）： Oral azithromycln 0.5g, day 1, the first double, doxycycline 100rag, 2 times a day, the first times double; treatment group （52 cases）： In the control group, based on the same night deep in the vaginal suppository into an Austrian suppository, 7 days a course of treatment, efficacy and adverse reactions were observed. Results The effective 82.% in treatment group were Higher than the 64.0% in control group （X2= 3.845, P〈0.05）;The adverse reactions of 5 cases in treatment group, 7 cases in control group, both groups had no significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Azithromycin with Austria suppository treatment CT, UU had good curative effect.
