76％泛影葡胺治疗术后早期炎性肠梗阻的临床分析

目的：分析总结76％泛影萄胺在治疗术后早期炎性肠梗阻申的作用。方法：将128例术后早期炎性肠梗阻的病人随机分成76％泛影葡胺纽（A）64例，经胃管注入100n11造影及治疗；对照组（B）64侧，行常规治疗，对比研究泛影萄胺对术后早期炎性肠梗阻的治疗作用。结果：患者平均第1次排便时间A组10．6小时，B组67．2小时；平均住院天数A组2-7天，B组3-10天。结论：76％泛影葡胺治疗术后早期炎性肠梗阻是一种安全有效的方法，能明显缩短肠梗阻缓解及住院时间，同时还为旱期手术提供了线索。

Clinical analysis of using compound meglumine diatrizoate injection to treat early postoperative inflammatory amall small bowel obstruction

Objective： to summarize the effect of Melamine diatriazoate in early postoperative inflammatory small bowel obstruction （EPIS- BO）.Metheds：128 eases of EPISBO were divided randomly into two groups： treated group （group A） and control group（group B）. The patients in group A were infused 100 milliliters solution of compound meglumlne diatrizoate injection by gastric tube, the others in control group were treated with conventional therapy. Study comparatively the effect of Melamine diatriazoate in EPISBO. Results： 10.6 hours was spent in group A from sugary to defecate; the time of group B is 67.2 hours. Average of hospital stay is 3.1±1.4 days in group A, It is 6.8±2.9 days in group B. Conclude： compound meglumine diatrizoate injection is effective in treating early postoperative inflammatory small bowel obstruction; it can significanfly shorten the hours of relieving intestinal obstruction and length of stay in hospital. It is helpful to operation in time.
