肿胀麻醉下经乳晕小切口行男性乳房肥大症治疗

目的:介绍一种美容效果良好的男性乳房肥大症的外科治疗技术。方法:在肿胀麻醉下经乳晕边缘小切口切除增生肥大的乳腺组织。结果:本组15例共21侧男性乳房肥大症患者,除2例术后出现血肿,经血肿清除、止血处理后切口愈合外,其余病例切口均一期愈合,术后乳头乳晕无坏死,且乳头乳晕感觉于手术后3～6个月恢复。结论:应用该方法行男性乳房肥大症外科治疗,术后切口不明显。不仅能达到切除增生、肥大乳腺组织的目的,而且美容效果良好,值得临床推广应用。

Tumescent technique for gynecomastia through a small incision around areola

Objective To present a surgery technique for gynecomastia. Methods The hypertrophic mammary tissues were resected through a small opening around areola and the tumescent technique was used. Results 21 sides of 15 patients with gynecomastia were treated; all of them were primarily cured except 2 cases of post-operative hematoma, which were also cured after clearing of hematoma and hemostasis. The blood supply of nipple-areola complex was adequate and the sensation recovered within 6 months. Conclusion Tumescent technique in surgical therapy of gynecomastia can excise the hypertrophic glandular tissue with no obvious scar and good asthetic effect. Therefore, it should be extensively used.
