| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨男性不育症患者解脲脲原体(UU)感染与精子质量的关系。方法:对124例男性不育症患者进行常规检查,并同时做了解脲脲原体培养,进行相关统计分析。结果:124例男性不育症患者中精子活动力低下者共68例(54.84%),精子密度低下者44例(35.48%),精子密度和活动力同时低下者共12例(9.68%);解脲脲原体培养:阳性74例,阴性50例;精子密度低下与解脲脲原体感染有显著性意义(χ2=6.2,P<0.05),精子密度和活动力同时低下与UU感染也有显著性意义(χ2=5.8,P<0.05)。结论:建议对上述患者治疗前最好进行解脲脲原体的检测,以达到提高疗效的目的。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the relationship between the infection of the ureaplesm urealytic and the sperm quality of male sterility.Methods:124 patients with male sterility were detected by common test,and at the same time the culture of UU and the related statisticalanalysis were done.Results:Of the 124 patients 68 cases were abnormal and Low-living sperm.44 cases were Low-density sperm,12 cases were low-density and low-living sperm;37 case were positive in the culture of UU 23 cases were negative in the culture of UU.Conclusion:There was obvious significance between abnormal density of sperm and the infection of UU and there was no obvious significance between low-living and abnormal of the sperm and the infection of UU. |
