| 摘 要： | 目的分析常见甲状腺结节性病变的CT表现,探讨CT对其诊断和鉴别诊断价值。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的甲状腺结节性病变78例,评估内容包括结节数目、大小、密度、轮廓、钙化、强化,以及腺体体积、颈部淋巴结和周围侵犯等情况。结果本组78例,单发结节37例,多发结节41例;其中结节性甲状腺肿40例,甲状腺腺瘤22例,甲状腺癌16例。结节性甲状腺肿、甲状腺腺瘤及甲状腺癌的结节大小、密度等差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。结节数目、轮廓、钙化、边缘强化,以及腺体体积、密度、增大淋巴结和周围间隙改变等差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论掌握各种甲状腺结节性病变的CT特点及腺体与周围结构关系和颈部淋巴结情况,对甲状腺结节病变的鉴别诊断具有一定的价值。
