摘    要:目的 测定宁夏产蓼草叶、花、茎各部位微量元素的含量。方法 用原子吸收分光光度法对微量元素历、Cu、Fe、Cr、Cd、Pb和Se进行了检测。结果 同一元素在蓼草不同部位含量不同,其中Cr、se、Pb和Cd的含量为叶〉花〉茎;Fe含量茎〉叶〉花;Cu含量花〉叶〉茎;Zn含量茎〉花〉叶;必需微量元素Fe、Zn、Cu含量较高,而有害元素Cd、Pb含量很低或在同样实验条件下未检出。结论 可根据需要对蓼草这一中草药的不同部位研究利用。

Abstract:Objective To measure the contents of trace elements in different parts of Polygonum Lapathifolinm L.Methods The contents of Zn,Cu,Fe,Cr,Se,Pb,Cd were determined by Atomic Absorption Spectrophotometry. Results The contents of essential elements in different parts of Polygonum Lapathifolinm L were varied.The contents of Cr,Se,Pb and Cd in leaf>in flower>in tranch,the content of Fe in branch>in leaf>in flower,the content of Cu in flower>in leaf>in branch,the content of Zn in branch>in flower>in leaf.The contents of Fe,Zn,Cu were higher than those of Cd,Pb,the nonessential elements,which were very lower or can not be detected in the same experiment.Conclusion The Polygonum Lapathifolinm L.is worth of researching and exploiting.
