| 摘 要： | 对北京市２８５７７例已婚育龄妇女的人工流产原因进行了调查。４６．７８％至少做过１次人工流产，平均每人接受人工流产０．６２３５次。在１７８０５次人工流产中，９２．１６％属计划外妊娠，６３．０１％为节育措施失败的补救。其中外用避孕药具失败最多，占３７．３４％；其次是宫内节育器失败为２７．８０％。本文对人工流产的致孕原因进行了分析，并对提高节育效果，降低人工流产率，促进妇女生殖健康的对策作了探讨。

| Abstract: | The artificial abortional reasons of 28577 married women of childbearing age were investigated in Beijing.The 46.78%of them had an experience of artificial abortion at least.92.16%of 17805 artificial abortiones are out-planned pregnancy. 63.01%are the remedy for failure of contraception. The failures of contraceptive medicines for external application and intrauterine device are 37.34%and 27.80%.In this paper the artificial abortional reasons are analysed.The countermeasures of raissing contraceptional effect,reducing abortion rate and promoting reproduction health are also studied in the paper. |
