苏州市公共场所集中空调冷却水中军团菌污染状况调查

摘    要:目的了解苏州市大型公共场所集中空调冷却水中军团菌的污染状况及其主要血清型。方法2008年10月,共采集苏州市区部分商场、酒店、超市卖场等集中式空调冷却水50份,用GVPC、BCYE、BCY培养基进行军团菌分离培养、生化鉴定及血清分型。结果冷却塔冷却水中军团菌的检出率达76%(38/50),血清型以LP1(31/38)为主。结论苏州市公共场所大型中央空调冷却水中军团菌检出率较高,对市民健康构成了威胁,需进一步加强监督管理。

Abstract:[ Objective ] To investigate the legionella contamination and its major serotype in cooling water of the air conditioning system of large-scale public places in Suzhou. [ Methods] Totally 50 samples of cooling water from some shopping centers, hotels, supermarkets. Isolation, culture, biochemical identification and serotyping were performed by GVPC, BCYE, BCY medium. [ Resuits ] The detection rate was 76% (38/50 ) in the cooling water, and the main serotype was LPI (31/38). [ Conclusion ] The legionella detection rate is relatively high in large-scale public places of Suzhou, which poses a threat to public health. It is necessary to strengthen monitoring and management for air conditioning system.
