2008～2009年诸城市某医院神经外科病人医院感染情况分析

[目的]了解神经外科患者医院感染发生情况,探讨其相关因素,评价控制医院感染干预措施的效果。[方法]对2008~2009年诸城市人民医院神经外科住院病人资料进行比较分析。[结果]2008~2009年医院感染发生率为5.74%。医院感染发生率,2008年为8.57%,2009年为3.21%(P<0.01);≥60岁为59.02%,<60岁为40.98%(P<0.01);第一至第四季度分别为7.51%、4.08%、3.62%、7.73%(P<0.01);接受鼻饲置管、留置导尿、静脉置管、气管插管、气管切开、硬膜下引流和其他病人分别为11.11%、4.17%、1.59%、19.08%、44.44%、9.84%、1.52%(P<0.01)。122例医院感染者中,感染发生部位在上呼吸道、下呼吸道、泌尿系统、胃肠道、皮肤软组织的分别占6.56%、60.66%、13.93%、4.92%、3.98%,表浅切口感染、血液感染、颅内感染的分别占3.28%、2.46%、4.92%;引起感染的病原菌分别为铜绿假单胞菌、大肠埃希菌、鲍曼不动杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌,分别占39.13%、30.43%、19.57%、6.52%。[结论]神经外科病人医院感染率较高。老年病人、第一、四季度出院者、接受侵袭性操作的病人医院感染发生率较高。
