2009年沅陵县城区部分中小学生贫血状况调查

[目的]了解中小学生的贫血状况,为制定防治措施提供科学依据。[方法]随机在沅陵县城区抽取1所中学和一所小学,按《全国学生体质健康状况调查研究检测细则》,对2所学校的所有学生进行血红蛋白检测。[结果]共调查5356名中小学生,检出贫血学生776人,贫血检出率14.5%。其中男生贫血检出率为11.91%,女生为16.96%(P<0.05);小学生贫血检出率一~六年级分别为7.80%、19.50%、10.70%、4.48%、18.67%、2.36%;中学生贫血检出率,高中一~三年级分别为12.41%、7.68%、33.32%,不同年级的学生贫血检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。[结论]沅陵县城区学生贫血现象普遍存在,应引起学校和家长的高度重视,采取措施防治贫血,以促进学生健康成长。
