| 摘 要： | 目的探讨应用小骨窗开颅血肿清除术加早期肢体康复治疗高血压脑出血的临床疗效。方法对38例高血压脑出血患者行小骨窗开颅血肿清除术加早期肢体康复治疗。分析手术时机及早期康复训练治疗特点,以术后6个月日常生活能力(ADL)评价康复后效果。结果术后六个月以改良ADL分级法评价患者预后,I级14例,II级18例,III级2例,IV级3例,V级1例。其中良好生存32例,占84.2%;重残或植物状态生存6例,占15.8%。疗效良好。结论小骨窗开颅血肿清除术加早期肢体康复治疗高血压脑出血能明显提高临床疗效,降低病残率。

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of tile therapeulie of hypertensive intraearebral hemorrhage by small skull window and earl）＇ limb rehabililation training.Methods 38 eases of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage underwent small skull window ant] early limb rehabilitation training. To analyse the operation lime and eharaeteristies of early limb rehabilitation training, rehabilitation effect was evalualed by ADL 6 months after surgery. Results Case of I- V grade was 14, 18,2,3, lrespectively. The good survival of 32 eases accounted tbr 84.2%. Heavy residual or vegetative stale of 6 eases accounted for 15.8%.Therapeutic efl＇eet was good. Conclusion The therapeutic of hypertensive in｜racarebral hemorrhage by small skull window anti early limb rehabilitalion training could significandy improve the elinieal eMeaey to reduce the tale of disability. |
