新疆某三甲医院护理人力资源配置现状分析思考

摘    要:目的分析新疆某三级甲等医院护理人员配置情况及存在的问题,为医院合理配置护理人力资源提供依据。方法利用人员数据库提取资料,对截至2010年12月全院1 677名护理人员从性别、年龄、学历、职称结构方面进行全面分析,并进行卡方检验。结果该院护理人员队伍整体结构以女性为主;临床科室和辅助科室护理人员年龄以<30岁为主;学历以中专及以下和大专为主;临床科室初级职称占86.5%。临床科室,辅助科室及其他科室护理人员在性别构成、年龄构成、职称构成方面的差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),学历构成差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论该院护理队伍在年龄、学历以及职称等方面的配置有待进一步改善。

Abstract:Objective To understand the problems existed in nursing staffing and provide a basis for the hospital reasonable disposition nursing human resources.Method The personnel database extraction material was used to taken overall analysis on the entire courtyard 1 677 nursing staffs until December 2010 from aspects on sex,age,education,job title and chi-square test was used for analysis.Results The overall structure of the hospital nursing team are mostly women.The degrees of them were secondary school and below,and post-secondary.Clinical departments and auxiliary department nurses were maily below 30 years old.The clinical departments accounted for 86.5%.Clinical departments,ancillary departments and other departments of nursing staff in gender composition,age composition,title constitutes the differences statistically significant(P<0.05).The degree constitutes was no statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The hospital nursing troop in age,academic qualifications and other aspects of the configuration need to be further improved.
