TGF-β信号转导通路相关蛋白Runx3、Smad4在胃腺癌组织中的表达及意义

摘    要:目的 研究Runx3、Smad4蛋白在胃腺癌组织中的表达及意义.方法 应用免疫组织化学法检测Runx3、Smad4蛋白在56例胃腺癌组织(胃腺癌组)及40例正常胃黏膜组织中(正常对照组)的表达,分析其与胃腺癌分化程度的关系.结果 (1)胃腺癌组织中Runx3和Smad4蛋白阳性表达率分别为37.5%和44.6%,在正常胃黏膜组织中的阳性表达率分别为92.5%和87.5%,2种蛋白在正常胃黏膜组织与胃腺癌组织中表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).Smad4和Runx3的表达与胃腺癌不同分化程度有关,高中分化组阳性率高于低分化组(P<0.05);(2)Runx3与Smad4在胃腺癌组织中的表达呈正相关(r=0.426 4,P<0.05).结论 Runx3、Smad4的低表达与胃腺癌的发生及分化程度密切相关.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of and significance Runx3 and Smad4 in gastric cancer tissue and normal tissue.Methods Expression of Runx3 and Smad4 proteins in gastric cancer and adjacent tissues were detected in 56 cases of gastric adenocarcinoma organization(gastric adenocarcinoma group) and 40 cases of normal gastric mucosa(Normal control group) by immunohistochemistry.Results(1) The expression of Runx3 and Smad4 were 37.5%,44.6% respectively in gastric cancer tissues,and 92.5%,87.5% respectively in cancer-adjacent tissues,with a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).The expression of Smad4 was positively correlated with the histological type.The expression of Runx3 was also positively correlated with the histological type.(2) There was a positive correlation between the expression of Runx3 and Smad4 in gastric cancer tissue(r=0.426 4,P<0.05).Conclusion The decreased expression of Runx3 and Smad4 are involved in the processes of gastric cancer.Runx3,Smad4 may play certain roles in the carcinogenesis and progression of gastric cancer.
