| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression of CyclinA mRNA in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC) in Kazak populations in Xinjiang and analyze its relationship with clinicopathological characteristics.Methods The expression of CyclinA gene mRNA were detected by using RT-PCR method in 48 Kazak′s esophageal cancer specimens.The correlation of CyclinA with the development and progression of ESCC was then analyzed.Results The positive expression rates of CyclinA mRNA(35.4%) had no significant difference with those in normal esophageal mucosal tissues(27.1%)(P>0.05).With the development of ESCC,the total expression of CyclinA mRNA between two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).In 14 cases,there were the differential expresions for cyclinA mRNA between two groups.Conclusion That the differential expression of CyclinA mRNA in some samples indicated the bilogical functions of Cyclin A in the development of ESCC. |
