老年上消化道出血患者临床分析

目的探讨老年人上消化道出血的病因、症状等临床特点。方法回顾分析我院2010年1月-2011年12月间收治的老年人上消化道出血68例的临床资料。结果老年人上消化道出血病因以胃溃疡、十二指肠溃疡、食管胃底曲张静脉破裂出血、胃癌、急性胃粘膜病变为主。以呕血或黑便等主要临床表现;老年人合并病、并发症、再出血率和死亡率显著增高。结论老年人上消化道出血有自身临床特点。针对老年人消化道出血特点采取及时有效的治疗方法可以提高本病的治疗效果。

Objective To explore the elderly upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage etiology,symptoms,clinical characteristics.Methods A retrospective analysis of our hospital in 2010January2011December treatment of upper gastrointestinal bleeding in the elderly68cases of clinical data.Results elderly upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage due to gastric ulcer,duodenal ulcer,esophageal varices bleeding,gastric cancer,acute gastric mucosal lesions mainly.With hematemesis or melena as the main clinical manifestations;older people with disease,complications,the rate of rebleeding and mortality increased significantly.Conclusion The elderly upper gastrointestinal bleeding has its own clinical features.Aiming at the characteristics of digestive tract bleeding in elderly to take timely and effective treatment can improve the curative effect.
