| 摘 要： | 目的评价中空式赝复体修复上颌骨缺损后的咀嚼效率,为赝复体在临床中的应用提供一定的参考依据。方法对14例不同类型上颌骨缺损的患者进行中空式赝复体修复,采用称重法测定患者赝复体修复前后的咀嚼效率,进行统计学分析。结果 14例患者赝复体修复后容貌、语音及咀嚼等功能有不同程度的提高,戴用赝复体前的咀嚼效率为(42.02±12.67)%,戴用赝复体后的咀嚼效率为(55.84±11.03)%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论赝复体修复能封闭口、鼻腔通道,良好地重建固有口腔的形态,提高患者的咀嚼效率。

| Abstract: | Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of rehabilitation with hollow obturator prostheses in maxillectomy patients and provide clinical evidence.Methods Fourteen maxillectomy patients were collected after the rehabilitation of hollow obturator prostheses.The masticatory efficiency were measured with and without protheses.Results The masticatory efficiency was(42.02±12.67)% without prothesis,while that(55.84±11.03)% with prostheses.Significant differences was found(t=13.57,P<0.05).Conclusion The hollow obturator protheses could be considered as an effective prostheses for maxillectomy patients by reconstructing the form of oral cavity,improving the masticatory efficiency. |
