| 摘 要： | 科学管理对于加强和促进医德建设有着重要的意义。通过实施改变分配制度，提高医疗服务的“舍金量”；改变服务流程，实施人性化服务；精确收费项目和标准，狠抓合理用药以及建立完善医德考评规章制度等科学管理方法，规范医疗行为，保障医疗安全，有效促进医德健康发展。

| Abstract: | Scientific management is essential to impel medical ethics construction, and deals with the attempts as follows. First, it adjusts the current distribution system and emphasizes the work and service of medical staff. Second, it takes steps to change the serving procedure to provide patients with humanistic and convenient service. Third, it pays more attention to the optimization of clinical practice and appropriate medical care, and perform the assessment of medical ethics according to the founded assessment rules. All of the above attempts are expected to improve medical ethics construction. |
