| 摘 要： | 骨折愈合是一个复杂的骨组织再生过程，许多因素可影响骨折愈合。许多生物及生物物理的方法已被用于促进骨折愈合和治疗骨折延迟愈合和不愈合。本介绍冲击波促进骨折愈合的动物实验研究和临床应用研究进展，指出存在的主要问题和进一步研究的方向。

| Abstract: | The healing of fracture is a highly complex regenerative process that is influenced by many factors.Several biological and biophysical approaches have been used to accelerate fractured bone healing and treat delayed healing and nonunion. This article introduced the animal and clinical studies on the enhancement of fracture healing with shock wave and pointed out the main problems. |
