| Abstract: | A medical contract is a kind of implied contract.In the light of development of contract law, the tendency of imposing restriction on freedom of contracting and of applying the principle of good faith is very obvious.Observing all the features of medical contracts, this tendency can also be easily found.Therefore, it is necessary to take into account the tendency of contract law development to grasp the essence of medical contracts. |
