| 摘 要： | 目的探讨老年腔隙性脑梗死（LI）与血脂代谢的关系。方法检测110例老年LI患者血清血脂6项指标水平，并与对照组75例结果进行比较。具体检测的指标：三酰甘油（TG）、总胆固醇（TC）、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇（HDL—C）、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇（LDL—C）、载脂蛋白A1（ApoA1）及载脂蛋白B100（ApoB100）。结果老年LI组TG、TC、LDL—C、ApoB100水平显著高于对照组，HDL—C、ApoA1显著低于对照组，P均〈0．05。结论老年LI患者存在脂质代谢紊乱，其中TG、TC、LDL—C及ApoB100水平与疾病呈正相关，HDL—C、ApoA1水平与疾病呈负相关。
