| 摘 要： | 目的：研究厚朴酚对大鼠离体心脏抑制性保护作用。方法：健康成年大鼠，雌性，取离体心脏，建立Langendorff模型，观察厚朴酚，对左室发展压（LVDP）心率（HR）以及＋／-dp／dt的影响。结果：厚朴酚可以降低大鼠离体心脏的LVDP，HR、＋／-dp／dt，而且具有不可逆性。结论：厚朴酚（magnolol）对大鼠离体心脏有明显的保护抑制作用。该作用与magnolol能抑制细胞外钙内流，降低细胞内钙浓度，具有钙通道阻断剂的特性，降低心肌细胞收缩性，减慢心率，产生对心脏的抑制性保护作用有关。

| Abstract: | Objective：To study the effects of magnolol on isolated rat hearts. Methods：Langendorff model were established from adult male rats of and were subjected to continuous perfusion of K - H solution, magnolol, K-H solution in turn. Left ventricular developed pressure （LVDP）, heart rate （HR） and ＋/- dp/dt were measured to observe the effect of magnolol on isolated rat heart. Results ： The LVDP, CF, ＋ / - dp/dt were markedly decreased irreversibly while perfusing the isolated heart with magnolol. Conclusion：Magnolol has significant prohibitive effects on isolated rat heart. These protective effects might be related to the the characteristic of magnolol as a kind of calcium channel blockers. |
