| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨金属硫蛋白(metallothionein,MT)及铜/锌超氧化物歧化酶(Cu/Zn-SOD)在舌鳞癌组织和淋巴结中的表达及其意义.方法 用免疫组化方法,观察41例舌鳞状细胞癌组织和颈淋巴结中MT和Cu/Zn-SOD的表达、定位,并进行定量分析和比较.结果 舌鳞状细胞癌标本中,有淋巴结转移的原发病灶与无淋巴结转移的原发病灶MT和Cu/Zn-SOD表达的差异有统计学意义.结论 MT和Cu/Zn-SOD表达与肿瘤的分化程度和转移相关.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the expression of metallothionein (MT) and Cu/Zn Superoxide Dismutase (Cu/Zn-SOD) in tongue squamous cell carcinoma and its metastasis lymph nodes. Methods MT and Cu/Zn-SOD expression in 41 squamous cell carcinoma of tongue and its metastasis lymph nodes were observed immunohistochemically, analyzed quantitatively and then compared with each other. Results There were significant difference in the expression of MT and Cu/Zn-SOD between lymph node metastasis group and no lymph node metastasis group of tongue squamous cell carcinoma. Conclusion The expression of MT and Cu/Zn-SOD was correlated with the metastasis of tongue squamous cell carcinoma. |
