| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨睾丸支持细胞免疫功能发生的机制.方法:分离培养48h后的睾丸支持细胞与活化的淋巴细胞共同培养,MTT法检测其对淋巴细胞的杀伤作用;应用Fas IgG抗体阻断试验评价睾丸支持细胞杀伤活化的淋巴与Fas/FasL系统之间的关系.结果:睾丸支持细胞体外可杀伤活化的淋巴细胞,该种杀伤作用可以被抗Fas IgG抗体阻断,表明睾丸支持细胞通过Fas/FasL系统发挥其免疫豁免功能.结论:睾丸支持细胞能通过Fas/FasL作用而调节T细胞的活性,这可能是睾丸支持细胞提供局部免疫功能的机制之一.

The study of immune privileged of sertoli cell |

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the mechanism of immune privileged origin from sertoli cell.Methods:The sertoli cells were cultured together with active lymphocytes to observe the killing effect on lymphocytes by MTT; and the Fas/FasL system was blocked by anti Fas IgG antigen so as to reveal the mechanism of this killing effect.In the meantime,the expression of FasL in sertoli was tested.Resrlts:Sertoli cells can kill active lymphocytes and express the Fas ligand.This killing effect can be blocked by the anti Fas antiboby.It suggested that the killing effect was mediated by Fas/FasL system.Conclusion:Sertoli cells can regulate the activtity of lymphocytes and the FasL expression on sertoli cells may be the mechanism of immune privilege. |
